Do you ship dangerous goods?+
UN classes 2, 3, 4.1, 6.1, 8 and 9, yes — with paperwork. Class 1 explosives and Class 7 radioactives, no. Lithium-ion above 100 Wh, ask — we handle case by case.
Can I plug into your tracking?+
Yes — REST and webhooks. Free for everyone, no rate limits below a million calls a day. OpenAPI spec on request. SDKs in TypeScript, Python and Go.
What about returns?+
Pre-paid return labels in 38 countries, picked up door-to-door. Included in our retail plans. International returns clear through our own broker network — no surprise re-import duties.
